NWDE Is now a affiliate member of the International Conference of Sports Car    Clubs. Also known as ICSCC, they are a road racing sanctioning body here in the  Northwest, with races at Portland International Raceway
  Pacific Raceways, Mission Raceway, and Thunder Hill.
