Spike, I went to checker auto store and was able to buy the grant steering wheel and walk out the door for my '75 620.It had the horn and everything I just wired it up so "it would ground" and it was good to go. The adapter had to be ordered from the warehouse but I was able to get it that day. I believe that it was the adapter for the other trucks also. (not sure though) Hope it helps.
