I used one on my 76 620 truck. I think they are the same wheel hub. I didn't have a kit for this exact truck. I bougth the wheel used and it came with a GM mounting kit. I also had an old 280ZX Grant steering wheel mounting kit. Between the two (mostly just the ZX kit) I was able to get the parts I needed to mount it. (minus a horn because the used wheel did not come with one) I've done this before on cars, so I kinda knew what I was looking for in putting the pieces together. I bet you can just buy a kit for a Datsun 620 truck.
