1980 280zx electrical problems

Does anyone know anything about the electrical system in a 1980 280zx. I am having some serious problems and I can't figure out the problem. It is not the alternator. All the dummy lights come on when I accelerate, the battery is undercharging, and keeps drawing when the car is shut off. There is more stuff, if you thnk you have an idea, anything, just let me know.
